General information
The following information provides a brief overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Detailed information can be found in the sections below.
Who is responsible for the collection of data on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You will find the operator's contact details in the section“Information on the controller”.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, we receive data that you provide to us yourself – for example, when you write us an e-mail, use our contact form or complete the short assessment. On the other hand, our IT systems automatically collect technical data when you visit the website (e.g. browser, operating system, time of the page request).
What do we use your data for?
The technical data is collected solely to ensure that the website is provided without errors and securely. We use data that you send us via a form, by e-mail or by telephone to process your enquiry or to arrange an appointment for a conversation.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Data protection
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Information on the controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
DUX CLARITATIS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (a company of mwbsc GmbH)Schleißheimer Str. 39
85748 Garching bei München
Managing Director: Matthias Weber
Phone: +49 (89) 2000 7421 – 0
E-mail: info@dux-claritatis.com
The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for erasure, we will delete your data unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing it (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in that case, the data will be deleted once these grounds cease to apply.
Legal bases for data processing
If your data is required for the performance of a contract or to take pre-contractual measures, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. To comply with legal obligations, we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. In addition, processing may be based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you have given your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis. The following sections explain which legal basis applies in each individual case.
Recipients of personal data
We only pass on personal data to external bodies if this is necessary for the performance of a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or if another legal basis permits the disclosure. We only use processors on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. No data is transferred via this website to third countries outside the EU.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to this processing; this also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. Following an objection, your data will no longer be used for the purpose of direct marketing (objection pursuant to Art. 21(2) GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of infringements of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Direct transfer to another controller will take place where technically feasible.
Access, rectification and erasure
Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing and, where applicable, a right to have this data rectified or erased. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.
Right to restriction of processing
You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, in particular if
- you contest the accuracy of the data we hold – for the duration of our verification,
- the processing was unlawful and you request restriction instead of erasure,
- we no longer need the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
- you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR and the balancing of interests is still pending.
Where processing has been restricted, the data may – apart from being stored – only be processed with your consent, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another person or for reasons of important public interest.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Objection to advertising e-mails
We hereby object to the use of the contact details published as part of our legal notice obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example by spam e-mails.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and does not access any other information on your device (Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG)). A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of our website.
Contact form and short assessment
If you use our contact form or the short assessment (“Check your REVAGO potential”), we process the information you enter:
- Contact form: subject of your enquiry, name, e-mail address, company, telephone number and your message;
- Short assessment: your answers to five multiple-choice questions, as well as name, e-mail address, company and telephone number;
- in each case, the date and time of submission and the selected language version.
The information is processed by a script on our web server at Strato and sent as an e-mail to our mailbox. It is not stored in a database of the website; the form does not set any cookies.
We use the information solely to process your enquiry or to arrange an appointment for the conversation with a REVAGO coach and to prepare this conversation. Your answers in the short assessment are not evaluated automatically; there is no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The assessment takes place exclusively in the personal conversation.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in processing enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as well as your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent or the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Enquiries by e-mail or telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we store and process your enquiry, including any personal data arising from it (e.g. name, contact details, content of the enquiry), in order to deal with your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to take pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
